Model Reality made it possible for us to get our dream home!!! When we walked in to view the property we knew this was just the house for us! We called Jared (with great excitement) and he met us at the house in a moments notice! He guided us through the process and we closed literally 19 days later! Very soon we will need to sell my mom and dad’s home. Jared and Model Reality will be our go to realtor, NO second thoughts!

Jared was awesome to work with! Being 7 hours away from Fort Worth - we needed someone who was available and quick to respond... I told him that upfront and he that he would be able to do so and he did! I never had to wait hours/days on a response or call back. We randomly came to town with a notice of 2 days, he showed us around 5 houses in one morning. We offered on one that same evening while we were driving 7 hours home - he was still working to write up our offer. He was so helpful which was nice since we could not be there for everything.
