(January 30, 2022, 12:20 pm)We stayed here a few months and just moved out. It's a great park. Absolutely safe. I never felt uncomfortable being out with my dogs at night. A lot of friendly people live there. After we moved out, our rent was taken out for the next month. The manager is never available on weekends. There is no emergency number. He is a nice young man, but can be a little slow to do things.

(October 18, 2021, 2:42 am)I've lived here for over a year and still love it. The gates make me feel safe and codes are changed regularly. Everyone is very observant and watch out for each other. Common room, laundry room, and bathrooms are kept clean and tidyness of individual spaces are reinforced.
