I don’t even know where to begin or how to write a review that will do Mark any justice!! I happened upon Mark by chance on Facebook after struggling to find a dependable, communicative realtor to help me move to Texas from out of state. I am so glad I did. Mark is as honest, hardworking and thorough as they come. He was able to be reached whenever with a very quick and always helpful response, and that was very important to me after my prior experiences. He showed us a few houses in several different areas and a very last minute one after we had already said goodbye for the evening, and never once did I feel rushed or like a bother. That was the house!! He is very knowledgeable and knew all of the right things to check and look for in a home too. I had to have it and Mark made it happen, even with a somewhat difficult seller and tricky circumstances/lots of moving parts on my end. The sale of my home out of state was running into some issues that were delaying things and Mark went out of his way to help me with that too, which was above and beyond. Then, title for closing was located an hour and a half out of the way yet Mark came with us simply for support and just to make sure everything went smoothly. What?!? Once all was said and done and we moved into our new home, Mark still reached out to help us with things like setting up utilities, adjusting to new weather conditions we’re not used to and more. I have never had a realtor so involved before and who genuinely cares about us. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Mark! You truly are THE best!!!!!!

After many months looking for a house to buy, and 7 turned down offers, I decided to rent. But I quickly found out that finding a decent place to rent for a decent price was just as hard as finding a home to buy in this crazy market! I decided to switch to a new realtor and luckily I found Mark Castillo. The very 1st day he showed me 5 houses and I found my home. It is in the perfect area and a great value. He walked me through every step of settling in and made sure I had no problems. Who does that? He made me feel like he really cared..... even after all papers were signed. I know I could call on him right now and he would do everything in his power to answer questions or find solutions to whatever I needed. I give him a 5 star rating..... wish I could give him more! I would like to start by saying thank you to Mark for making the sale of my home the best possible experience (especially with home being in a different state than where I currently reside). I had an INCREDIBLY difficult personal situation affecting the sale of my home. Despite this issue Mark was not only supportive he was also knowledgeable, informative, and responsive in assisting me in moving forward with the sale. In addition, he was an integral part in my arranging and executing the repairs and cleaning that needed to occur before the sale was final. The realtor used prior was not only unprofessional, but also unknowledgeable about the area and clientele. This would not be words used to describe Mark! Last year I decided to lease my house and Mark was not only the point person, but he also did an amazing job in creating a smooth transition from family home to rental home. Mark was there for advice and answers throughout the entire time, and it was an easy choice to use him when deciding to sale. One of the things I most admire about Mark is how up front and honest he was in listing and preparing my house for sale.
