(March 17, 2022, 11:45 pm)Exceptional service, ladies were very helpful. I brought in a 50 yr old sterling silver bracelet that belonged to my mom. Even though the bracelet was not James Avery they were still willing to place charms on the bracelet for me and clean it. Took them less than an hour to put the charms on. I was able to continue my shopping elsewhere and come back to pick it up with no problem. Service was genuine and friendly.

I went into the Weatherford location yesterday. I went in to buy the Princess 👑. Julie helped me. She is very knowledgeable about ever thing I asked her about. She was very kind. It was a great experience. I will definitely be back (to this particular store) to add to my James Avery collection. Thank you Julie! -
