In my extensive experience as a volunteer Texas certified personal Guardian, Long Term Care Ombudsman and Hospice volunteer; it is rare to find any medical professionals that that are so dedicated to helping their patients.
If there were ten (10) possible stars instead of just five I would certainly grade Dr Ratino and his staff as that awesome.
