4 Better Sleep

These guys are awesome. I've been working with them, both this office and their Dallas office for 10 years and they are exceptional.

My latest thing was to get a new cpap machine because I left my old one out of country during my last travel and Lisa at the Heath office was very accommodating. She spent almost an hour with me answering all my questions and showing me the different options I had.

This is also the location I conducted my sleep study 10 years ago and the staff then was friendly and welcoming. Great clean office and helpful staff. And Dr, he's just a fun guy! 👍

I have had a great experience with Dr Moore, Robyn Craig, NP. The staff has been professional.

Had my sleep study here and they truly saved my life. I knew I was not sleeping well but didn't know it was that bad. They were able to help me out with getting the right machine and mask for a good night sleep.

I've been with Dr. Moore for several years and he and his staff have always been helpful, informative, and caring at both locations in Dallas and Heath (he alternates). I came to Google Maps to get his number for his Heath location and saw the other review. It really makes me realize that happy people don't generally think to post reviews. We just smile and go about life. But if we're unhappy or irritated, our form of retribution is the negative online review. And that's okay. We must inform others, so to avoid the same experience. That being said, it spurred me to give a review because I'm part of that happy bunch that don't think to do it because, well, we're happy and it didn't cross our mind. I've always been well taken care of at 4Better Sleep. I've not had the same experience as the other reviewer, so I'm not discrediting them (and can only hope that is reviewed internally). My review is based on my experience and assessment overall throughout the years and I feel five stars is well deserved. An added perk is that they have in-office sleep studies so, for myself, it didn't go to my deductible by it being done off-site (of course, double check with your insurance and don't assume this will be the case with you as it was for me, but at least you'll be in a familiar place and everything is in-house, and feels at home. It's very nice. I did my sleep study in Dallas). All in all, Dr. Moore genuinely cares, he listens, and his staff is kind; just like him.
