I found Dr Racz, the Anesthesiologist and the staff very professional and cordial. Each responded with assurance and reassurance for each step of my procedure. I found all nurses supportive and knowledgeable. Thanks to all for helping me through for what I think is a difficult procedure.

I had my tonsils out for the second time and from start to finish was a great experience. (As good as it can be with getting them out lol) my ENT Dr. young with Lakeside Allergy was fabulous, very thoughtful and kind, the nursing staff was amazing and personable, and the anesthesiologist made me feel super comfortable and was also very kind and funny. Do your paper work online and coming in day of your surgery is a breeze. Front desk staff was great too! And plenty of snacks and coffee for your friend/family members that may be waiting for you.

we have had multiple procedures here over the past 24 months. the staff is competent, friendly and very supportive. pre and post op care is 5 stars. our doc likes this facility for the same reasons.
