(September 2, 2020, 1:11 pm)Sara was very helpful in assisting me with their products. I've been using the water soluble extract which assists me with shutting my brain down to sleep. I keep it on my nightstand and put a dropper under my tongue when I awake at 3 a.m. It's been helpful.
