Hunt Regional Open Imaging

Quick, friendly, low cost. I was seen as a walk-in and had a heart calcium scan done for $75. The registration staff were very friendly and helpful. I was in and out of there in no time.

The process made this a very good experience. All walk-in made it accessible for my schedule. Larry, the gentleman who took my x-rays, was so kind and professional, that I was at ease throughout the time, and I really appreciate that!

This place is AMAZING. I used to go to the Greenville location, and hated how cold and unfriendly the front desk staff were. There was always a long wait, as well, no matter how early I came in.
My doctor recommended I try this Rockwall location, instead. They called me within a day of receiving the orders from my doctor and made sure that I knew I could come in anytime during their business hours.
I arrived around 8am, so there were only 3 patients ahead of me.
The front desk receptionist was very kind.
My doctor had faxed incorrect orders, and yet they still tried hard to work with me. I was able to get one scan done, go get corrected orders, and then get the second scan done, same day with minimal wait.
Both sonographers were very kind, and tried to be as gentle and make me feel as comfortable as they could.
But I have to rave mostly about the kind lady that did my intake, Tiffany. From the moment I sat down to sign forms and pay my payment, to the moment I walked away, I felt like I was in the care of a friend. She was extremely sweet, and when I mentioned how nervous I was, she went out of her way to ease my mind, promising me that the ladies there would take good care of me.
She wasn’t lying.
The entire process at this location, from check in until check out, was amazing.
I’m positive it went so smoothly because I arrived early and I try to be very respectful to staff. These people help save our lives, y’all.
I will be using this imaging place from now on, regardless of who my doctor is or where I live.
