My wife and I shopped there for our new range and they were more than helpful and informative. Yesterday my dishwater pump went out and I called Daniel and told him the part I was looking for. He was able to get it from his vendor and to me the next day. He even stayed around a few minutes late so I could get the dishwasher working again. Dishwasher is working and the wife is happy. I am so glad I went to North Texas Appliance for my new refrigerator! Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming! They even have a “Scratch and Dent” area where you can get top of the line appliances at great discounts simply because of a little scratch or dent! That’s what I went with and I love my new GE Profile fridge! They delivered it when I wanted it, set it all up and taught me how to use all the bells and whistles! It’s always nice to frequent a local place instead of a big chain store! Thankful and grateful I did! Thank you all at North Texas Appliance! I will be back!
