    Richard got me in same day with an unexpected trailer wire repair and back on the road a couple hours later. Even charged less then. Expected. These guys do it right! Earned my business and will refer everyone

    These guys are the best. Steve and the big boss are amazing to work with. These guys care for you and your trailers and are just amazing. Strongly would go here before anywhere else.

    Not only do they make awesome trailers, but their staff has taken customer service to a whole new level. Christine (Houston Location) was my first point of contact. She found what I needed very quickly and called me right back. Steve Wylie (Rockwall Location) called me and made the sale. He had me in and out within 15 mins of my arrival. Shout out to Christine, Steve, and Big Tex Trailers.

    Service is excellent! Danielle took our call. She was very friendly and professional. Wylie showed us the trailers. Absolutely no pressure. Richard is extremely knowledgeable and answered any questions that we had. Overall an excellent experience!! Highly recommend!!
