  Wonderful experience! I had to make an appointment because of an orthodontic emergency and they took me in the same day I called. I got there and everyone was super friendly and helpful. I was in and out in under 15 minutes (including time filling out forms). I am not a resident of the DFW area, but if I was I certainly found my orthodontist!

  Having to hear, "You need braces." stirs up all sorts of feelings, and in our case it was anxiety. My daughter's anxiety was at an all time high when we first came to Dr. Alexander; thankfully he and his staff were very patient and understanding and have helped her become more at ease as she is on her journey to a better smile. I am very thankful for clinical assistant, Eric. We see Eric for every appointment, as my child has grown to trust him and is at ease with every visit and procedure. Having a child with anxiety is not easy; and we often have to deal with people who don't understand it, so we are truly blessed that Eric and Dr. Alexander just get it. My child senses that and it has made all the difference.

  Went in for a consult for my son. The staff were amazing and made him feel comfortable and calm. Dr Moody was great at explaining, being thorough and kind. A very calm and welcoming environment.

  Dr. Moody is amazing! Not only is he an expert in his field, his kindness and care for patience makes his office one of a kind. He even bent over backwards to reschedule after a family emergency. Thank you Dr. Moody, there is no one else we would trust our kids teeth to than you!

  My family is SO grateful for Dr. M. Alexander. Not only he is incredibly competent in what he does as an expert in orthodontics, his 5-star servant leadership and excellence standards are at a full display from the moment you walk into the office. The staff is polite and professional, the offices are comfortable and clean, the timing of your appointments is always kept like a clock mechanism, the text notifications and appt scheduling is an extremely streamlined process. Thank you Dr. A! We love you. Lucas and Victoria, and the grateful parents. 🙏❤️
