1st time there and since I’ve been to many other facilities that do the exact same thing, this place was by far a better place. When I arrived, the first thing I said to my wife was to expect that ugly smell we always experience, but not this place. We arrived when they were feeding and again we expected to see the resident not cleaned and having one nurse trying to feed 4 or 5 residents but no, a nurse was feeding my niece carefully. And she was clean and in a good mood, now that speaks volumes. We were pleasantly surprised. Great job!
This is a great facility! Always clean and the care is very good. The administrator is very thorough and likes to know what companies are in her building. Jackie, the DON, is so sweet and good at what she does. Marissa the SW is also very sweet and great w the residents. Ms. Sandra at the front is the best hugger. She answers the door with a smile every time. I would highly recommend this facility for a loved one.
We love this place. I've had several family members in nursing facilities over the years and this is the best I have seen. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially sandra, and the nurses are professional and keep us informed of any health concerns. My mother who has been there for over two years is always saying how good the food is and seems happy with everything there. Our family is very grateful for this place.
