Sarah was a godsend to me and my family. I am forever grateful. The process and closing of my home was better than expected. We did a cash sell of the home and I was so nervous that I was making the right decision. She put my worries at ease and the amount of communication was everything to me. I was most nervous about when I got to the closing table but it all went as planned. I highly recommend Myers and special Sarah.

They were professional and flexible to work with my changing timeframe but ultimately were able to close consecutively with my new home purchase out of state. Sara was always responsive and kept Matt informed. They both were great to work with and I would highly recommend them both.

This was my first property sale, parting with my first home. Trint was very positive and encouraging through the whole process. Very flexible and great communication. Any time I had questions he did his best to answer or point me in the right direction. The only snag was finding out about an unknown property lien. My only suggestion to Myers would be to cultivate some sort of contingency plan in such situation to pause the transaction for possibly 30 days to allow sorting time and make a move to resolve the lien. Outside that, the experience with Myers was outstanding. Thank you Trint and the Myers team.

Although Matt wasn't the highest bidder he was the most professional and easiest to work with. It was a difficult time not only because we were selling our home of 65 years but COVID had hit and there was a shut down the day before we were supposed to close. I almost had a nervous breakdown but Matt got me through it and we were able to close. Would do business with him again.
