My car was impound in Arlington and the guy at night was being so difficult with me I got insurance under my name the people in the morning said I can use id paper then the guy at night told me no. So I have to call Fred loya again to add my tip and it was 6:30 and they sat their in till 7:14pm. This meant so much to me. Being a single mother trying to get my stuff all in a row. For Selina and Maria and Jocelyn to help me these last 3 days. It made my day way better and I really honestly appreciate their time and listening to me what was going on and they helped me so much. I really recommend this company I do.
