SafeSplash Swim School - Arlington

Our experience has been AMAZINGLY AMAZING!!!! Aaliyah knows her job very well…she is patient and ALWAYS KIND!!! My little swimmer is so comfortable and confident in the water after 4 weeks. All of the staff are nice and friendly at all times and we the grandparents appreciate each one of you for helping our babies become the best version of themselves while in the water….KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!! Not sure about the other reviews regarding customer service. I had a vacation planned out in advance and they were able to help us schedule our lessons around it. The management in the facility was also very kind and helpful anytime we had a question about lessons or billing.

On location management was super informative and helpful on scheduling lessons and finding the right level class for the kiddos. The instructors were able to tell me a lot based on the curriculum they use for lessons and it is very robust for casual swimming skill and competitive swim team.

My 4 year old son has gotten more comfortable with being in the water and my almost 7 year old has shown so much improvement since she started at SafeSplash. The staff is always so patient and kind with not only the kids but the parents as well.
