At first, I thought their bid high but chose Chandlers based on reccommendations and the end product was certainly worth the cost. They began on the day promised and finished almost on schedule; half a day over after two weeks. They have adequate manpower with a four man crew most days and 6 to 8 men on days when needed. Dylan the supervisor is a skilled carpenter with creative solutions to the roof discontinuities where additions joined the original house. They painted the fascia and other boards replaced and cleaned up afternoon. The neighbors say it looks fantastic and the workers caused fewer noise and parking problems than similar projects on the street.
