I've never had this much fun learning! Anna and Tom was super informative and held my attention the whole time (which is really hard to do). This class is a must for those who are interested in opening a coffee shop/Cafe shop. You could also apply the learns of the business class to other endeavors as well thanks to Tom. Anna made the hands on learning easy to understand and she has patience like a saint for newbies like me. Definitely recommend ?
This was an incredible experience! I have been looking at attending for a long time and finally did it - and man it was a good choice! Not only did I learn a ton of new information but I gained the confidence boost needed for the next steps. For a three day class, it was extremely detailed and thorough. The staff is amazing and answered any questions my class had. If you are thinking about taking this course - do it! I left so pumped up and excited for my future!!!
Texas Coffee School was very informative and educating. You will walk away with your “tool belt” full of all the tools you will need to run/open your coffee business. What i appreciated most was their honesty on every aspect. Tom and Anna are very confident and passionate about Texas Coffee School and it left a huge impression on me. Thank you!!
Attending the 3 Day Coffee Business Master Class was the best investment we made towards opening our coffee business. Mr. Tom and Ms. Ana's knowledge on the types of coffees, teas, syrups, machinery, start up phase to opening the doors and running your business and more is impeccable and loaded!! I am pleased about what this course taught and the resources that were given. Honestly, if I didn't take this course, I would've missed out on a lot of key logistics I would have never thought of or been told of. And side note... I was making my at home coffee all wrong and still refer to my hand book to make the perfect cup when using my different coffee makers :D This course was enjoyable, detailed, and structured. (And the drinks were delicious!!)
Joe and I attended TCS June 12-14. We are currently building a convenience store, Old Magnolia Garage, on Rt. 66 and want to offer our customers quality coffee. I was amazed at the vast knowledge about coffee Tom and Anna have and share in their class. We came home with our heads spinning (not just from the caffeine and excellent coffee) but from the enormous amount of information we were given in a short 3 day class. I'm still reviewing and pulling valuable resources and contacts from our handouts. Our 3 day class was a wonderful investment in our new business.
