Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I ordered a 2 piece mild. When I got home I opened box and I got a 3 piece spicy. REALLY! Second time there in over a year and the last time. Did not put in napkins r fork for mashed potatoes.

Man I just love me some Popeyes and you wanna know what makes it better when there is exceptional service. Two employees named Chris and Jason have me free food because they saw I was struggling and then when my car broke down they came out and pushed my car all the way to the gas station and even brought me some water. Though I have had a bad experience there when an employee named Ricky smashed my car window in when I was struggling to get my card out to pay but Chris came in and stopped him from hitting my window again.

After I made my order I got the the window to pick up my food and they told me they were out of sandwiches and an employee named Ricky apologized for it. I said it’s ok but he gave me a free pie and honestly it made my night. Even though they were out of sandwiches, Ricky knew the importance of customer satisfaction and service with a smile. His actions speak a lot for this location and I would definitely recommend coming here.
