U-Fix-It Appliance Parts

We have been buying from this store for at least two years. We love the service and the prices. This evening I was highly disappointed in the treatment I received when I called. I am aware that the business closes at 6 and I am sure a price check could be done under 5 mins, but the audacity of the female employee to answer the phone without greeting and just say hold on and hang up is beyond me. People get on my nerves too but I don’t do that! Its just disheartening

These guys were great, i walked into the store at 5:52, just 8 minutes before they close and brought in the parts for my dryer. They tested them on-site and had all the parts i needed. Parts were a little expensive compared to online but who has the patience to wait a week for shipping? (i would have ended up buying the wrong part online anyways, i was testing for continuity where i should have been checking for Ω resistance)

They took the to HELP me find the correct part I needed for our stove top. Always friendly and courteous. I will always go to them for parts and/or supplies for our appliances!

I started doing business with Edgar 6/2022 and he walked me through finding a solution to fixing my washer step by step. I need a new lid switch after the $25 purchase my washer was working in a hour. Today I went back and was assisted Juan on finding a solution for my dryer start button not working. After checking all three places advised it ended up being the thermal fuse which cost $18 bucks. I was going to buy the start button for $65 originally but Juan advised to take of the fuse and bring it in for them to check. I’m so grateful for all these guys being patient with a single mom who fixes all appliances solo dolo. Such great leadership at this location and customer service is Chick-fil-A excellent!! Stopped in to find a part for a 40 year old Whirlpool stove. The guy at the counter was a lot of help and very friendly and professional and had exactly what I needed at a good price. Highly recommend this place.
