  Been coming here for years now and I got to say, Don, Marilyn, and Aaron do a fantastic job of bringing the pain! They motivate you to push harder and be better than you were yesterday. Definitely recommend giving this place a try!

  So worth it! I highly recommend. The couple is encouraging, uplifting and genuinely wants you to be healthy, happy and fit. It's not just a business to them, they care! You will be challenged but for good purpose.
  
  The pricing is responsible, especially for what you get and you have a lot of options to choose from when it comes to class session..there's a class that will fit everyone's schedule!

  I have been a client since 2009 and it has been a lifesaver and lifechanger. If you are committed to becoming a healthier you in a family oriented atmosphere, then this is the gym for you. Come in prepared to give 100% and you will get it all back and then some.

  Life Changing! I have been working out at D&M Fitness for a little over 2 years and it has been a life changing event for me and my family. I'm healthier, stronger and more aware of what it means to live a healthy lifestyle. The trainers genuinely care about your well being and your work out partners feel like family. I use to be intimidated by the gym because I'm not an athlete. But they work with you and show you what to do and why it's important. I've never felt better!
