CarePath will always have a special place in my heart and my family’s. They cared for my grandmother until her final days. Special thanks to Kim Bledsoe who set us up with everything we needed and saw to it that we had the best experience. Gabriel and Lana were amazing nurses and had the best bedside manner. They were both patient, knowledgeable, thoughtful and definitely experienced. Melanie, our social worker provided a listening ear any time we needed it and checked on us through it all. Everyone we worked with truly cared for grandma and was a genuine support for us. Again, it all started with Kim Bledsoe. I never would’ve know how amazing CarePath would be if it were it not for her. Thank you Kim for putting CarePath and these amazing nurses, social workers, etc. in our life until grandmas death. I will recommend CarePath to everyone in need of the services were blessed to receive.

The Dallas office of Carepath Hospice is amazing. My company has worked with them in the past and we continue to do so. Kim Bledsoe, liaison is very proactive and truly cares about making sure that all patients are comfortable throughout their transition. Kim is reliable, dependable, and caring. I recommend this hospice company to any family in need of additional TLC during their loved ones end of life journey.

I want to thank the staff at Carepath for their excellent service. My mother was put in-home hospice after she was diagnosed with CKD stage 4 (in addition to her dementia). From the day she was discharged from the hospital until the day she passed away, she received the best care.
Candy, the nurse, took her time explaining when we had questions, she made sure my mom had all the supplies and medicine she needed, would answer my calls and texts immediately.
I also want to thank the PCT, Crystal, who would come and shower my mom for being so patience and loving. Also, Corinne that helped me with the cleaning.
Overall, Carepath made it easier for me in the most difficult time

The entire staff from the beginning to the very end were beyond amazing to my grandmother. Every person we came in contact with, through this heartbreaking time for our family, showed tremendous love, care and compassion. Not just for my grandmother, but for our entire family. Each of the nurse's, especially Teresa, treated my grandmother with so much respect and dignity. Teresa quickly became apart of our family. Her love and compassion for her job and for the ones in her care is amazing. I can't put into words how much Teresa and the entire staff of Carepath means to our family for making my precious grandmother's last days on this earth as comfortable and easy as possible. They will always hold a very special place in our hearts. Thank you from our entire family.
