  It's very difficult to manage both the customer's needs and the vendor relationship, but David makes it look easy. I appreciate working with such an ethical and honest person who values building deep relationships in order to help companies solve business problems.   David worked hard to understand our business needs, even when we didn't know exactly what those were. He was patient with us and persistent with property owners. His knowledge of the DFW area coupled with his diligent work ethic paid off in just the right property. Most importantly, he advised us during negotiations which resulted in a contract that will save Texas Air Composites hundreds of thousands of dollars over the life of the lease.
