Forum Parkway Health and Rehabilitation

My 93 year old mom went to Forum after surgery. We feared she would never be as strong & independent as she was before surgery. But, the staff at Forum have given her back all of her attributes and she is going home! Their concern & friendliness & care are what anyone would want for their loved ones!

Forum Parkway Health and Rehab. Staff is friendly and professional. Lovely health and rehab facility bright and clean. I go in and say, good morning to everyone at the front desk and I say, I'm home. Since I visit my husband. I feel like I live there. Forum Parkway is easy to get, too.

My grandmother has been in the long term side of this facility for going on 1 year. For the most part things have been well. There are some things that i don't care for, but nothing that bother me enough to feel her safety or well being is at risk. The aides are nice and tend to take care of her as well as possible. They answer any questions when i go in, which is once or twice a week. Overall, i would recommend this as a long term facility.
