Had questions going in and came out with fast, quality, free service. They rotated my tires rather than sell me a set , checked my squeaking brakes and fixed them, rather ten recommending replacement, no charge. Friendly, fast, courteous.
Can't beat that. I'll be back there when I need to get those tires and brakes.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I came from discount tire across the street who were insanely rude and refused to patch my tire without buying 4 new tires. Why would I need a patch if I buy 4 new tires? Why would I buy 4 new tires that I don’t need yet? Good year was amazing and patched the tire for me with no issue. Thank you for assuring me that I’m not crazy and that I in fact do not need new tires yet. 10/10 service! Discount tire is a scam. Go to good year!

Their service was top notch today, went the extra mile in my opinion. I needed new tires in a bad way and they made sure I left with what I wanted. Full set mounted and balanced, quick turn around. My wife’s car is next.
