Now for those looking for the "why" behind the five stars, here is the scoop.

We have four dogs and two cats. One dog battles tail pocket infections and has a favorite arm chair that we were ready to take to the dump due to her periodic tail leakage. We also have a cat that marked the carpet at the entrance to our Master Bedroom. I tried doing my own carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning. It didn't work. My husband was ready to take the cat to a shelter.

Enter Darrell of DNL Carpet Cleaning. I called, got a quote, and he was at my house the next day. I told him on the phone how bad it was and when he arrived, he could see it (and smell it). Three hours later, my carpets look brand new, the armchair we were ready to throw out looks almost new (cat scratches age it), and the smell??? WHAT SMELL?!?!? It is truly amazing!

But okay, what about the cost? NO EXTRA ADD ONS!!! He did all that work and didn't charge a penny more than quoted. Additionally, as my hubby is a senior citizen, he gave us a 5% discount!!

Darrell did an excellent job. I actually had several pet stains from my dog when she got sick and he got them all out of my carpet. Not only did he clean my carpet but he told me how I can remove the stains myself next time. Excellent service.

Darrell did an amazing job on our carpets! We have pets so we had some tough stains and Darrell got them all out no problem. He is very friendly and trustworthy. He has the best prices, and does his job with a smile! We will absolutely being using him in the future!!!
