I'm an actual resident here. After reading the previous reviews, I am confused. Do you people even stay here? My experience has been complete opposite. The office ladies have never displayed carelessness about anything. The gate was broken due to someone hitting it! Maybe your visitor? Trash is a fee everywhere? If you're cheap, why did you choose luxury apartments? I do not see the little destructive kids running around anymore. I do not see the young girls walking around half naked anymore. How can anyone else be at fault for bad people in this world? Thieves are everywhere. I see an actual security guard when I come home at 2am. There are real issues like inflation going on in the world. I witnessed a middle aged man degrading the women in the office due to his car being towed due to him not picking up his sticker?? We have to do better. We are all human. #Trivia question was cool!

I absolutely love living here. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating and the maintenance man is quick to respond and knowledgeable. The grounds are kept and beautiful. I would pass on to my friends and family if looking for a beautiful and convenient place to live they need to check out Aura Benbrook. Keep up the good work guys.

The new manager is definitely a welcomed and positive change in the right direction. It will take time, but all the effort being made is truly appreciated. You can absolutely see the difference with the new management and the abundance of kindness, thoughtfulness and caring. Thanks for that!!!

Very impressed with property. Was not sure if this was the property for me until I spoke with the assistant, Karina. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Good customer service is very hard to come by these days but she made sure to make me feel comfortable and right at home!
