I love my hearing aids! They have absolutely changed my life and I can’t imagine life without them. Initially I went to the Hearing Lab in response to a postcard I received at my house. I thought well at least I can get a free hearing test. I decided to try them out for the 30-day free trial and after just a few days it was very apparent that I would not give them back even if they had asked me to. Haley is so kind and knowledgeable and I look forward to going in for check ups just to see her :-) Don’t put it off — get your hearing checked and hear what you’ve been missing. I can’t think of a reason why you wouldn’t want hearing aids if you need them.

Tim was very knowledgeable, professional and competent in administering the hearing test and very thorough in explained the results.

We have been going to Tim about 4 years when he was in Oakbrook, IL. We continued to go there and were very unhappy with the personwho replacedhim. We decided to follow him to the Wheaton location because he is so thorough and such a pleasant person to talk to. He's totally interested in the workability of the hearing aids. Thank God you hired him and you can tell he loves his job. We appreciate you Tim.

Haley is a true caring and knowledgeable professional. The office person Diane is a helpful and organized staff person. The office is COVID safe by current standards. I had not seen Haley for a year due to my personal quarantine but she easily recognized me and asked about my family members by name. I was confident about my hearing assessment. Haley reviewed my insurance coverage to assess my coverage and was able to advise me about my current options. I was able to upgrade under my insurance policy. I left feeling everything had been well handled.

Haley and her staff are wonderful! I've had my hearing aids for over 2 years now, and, if it wasn't for Haley, I'd probably still be debating my need for them. ( my tests showed a significant hearing loss...I was in denial!) The maintenance service, thorough examinations, technical questions, and outstanding administration assistants will keep me coming back. I highly recommend them!
