  I've tried multiple sessions and love the set up of each class. The variety keeps my body happy as every session targets different areas. This is such an amazing find and the flexibility to pick the classes that fit my schedule is a bonus!

  This place is the real deal. The team is top notch. They care and the folks I work out with make it fun. The music, the energy, the passion - it’s all electrifying! The pace and the way they split the time keeps everything interesting and enjoyable. I’m always excited to go and feel great when I leave. Give these folks a try - you won’t regret it.

  I love SPENGA! I’m new to the whole fitness scene but I feel at home here already. I like the structure that Spenga provides. It’s 20 minutes of each area every time but it’s never dull. I can already see and feel a difference after just 6-7 weeks of consistent attendance.
  
  All of the instructors are excellent and bring different strengths to the workout. Macie is my favorite though. Her energy and enthusiasm really motivate me and I love the music she chooses for spin.
  
  I tell anyone that asks that my workouts are fun but hard, at least hard enough to feel a sense of accomplishment. I arrive feeling welcomed by all and leave feeling better physically and mentally.

  I’m so impressed with SPENGA Colleyville! The staff really wants to get to know you, your fitness goals, and anything else you’d like to share! The workouts are easily adjustable to the level that benefits you most for that day. The hour really goes quickly since it’s broken up into 20 minute segments. Come join the fun!

  We absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE SPENGA (Colleyville, TX) for so many reasons! Their team is absolutely INCREDIBLE - understanding, motivating and caring. The workouts are great for all levels and can be modified as needed for each person. We cannot recommend their service and workouts enough! 🥰
