Best customer service ever. Chris is a wonderful Manager and went above and beyond with her team getting my glasses right. So helpful and made sure my glasses were redone completely with a new Rx.

Punita is absolutely incredible!! She is the sweetest person and so very helpful. I always dread getting glasses and she just made it such a pleasant experience!! I definitely be coming to this store for my glasses from now on unless Punita moves to a different store then I'm going where she goes. Just saying!!!

Went to ask about sports glasses for my son. Mrs. Kris was the best. She was so happy to show me the options they had available. She also explained the promotion of the 20% off of the second pair. She was so knowledgeable and her customer service skills were the best! She didn’t mind sitting down with me and going over my sons benefits. She is so funny too. I have never felt more welcomed at a glasses store and trust me I’ve been to several. Another great thing about this store is the warranty on the glasses. Unlike Americas best that only offer one replacement.
