Tire Store Service Center

The Tire store service center is amazing. They really took care of me well. I ran over a divider and ruined my rim. My car was towed to this place. They got me fixed up in less than an hour. They were so kind and gave free water and coffee. I feel like they took special care of me, but maybe they treat everyone this nicely.

I brought in my 2005 GMC Envoy to have the rear brake pads and rotors replaced and there was a mix up with the rear brake pad that was not discovered until my vehicle was on the lift and the rear wheels had been taken off. Calls were made to the auto parts store and confirmation was given the mistake would be corrected by sending over the correct rear brake pads, this process took up to 30 minutes. The repair shop guys were ABSOLUTE GENTLEMEN, letting me know not to worry and assured me that repair quote given over the phone would be the only amount I would need to pay and the repairs completed within 30 minutes. Having said all of the above I would suggest this repair shop to anyone needing their vehicle repaired. THANK YOU TO THE TIRE STORE SERVICE CENTER GUYS, TRUE GENTLEMEN!!

I've been to the Tire Store several times over the years for many different reasons and I keep coming back because they're good. Period. Customer service is great. They're so chill and personable and honest. If they can't figure out how to fix your problem, they'll let you know without trying to drain your pockets.

Professional service from manager, $100 cheaper out the door on a tire than everywhere else called. Also carried out an alignment for $59 dollars and fixed my tire wear issues. DID NOT try and up sale me or feed me false info. Mechanic Connor and technician Jason both handled themselves professionally and still helped me isolate a rubbing noise after I had already closed my ticket. They do great work and will continue to receive my business.

Went in for a very specific tire. BFG KO2 all-terrain tires. They were able to get them in a couple of hours. The customer service was great. I got an alignment as I had changed the shocks, struts, and tie rods on my truck the night before. There was a noticeable difference in my steering wheel alignment after the suspension swap. When I left their shop the alignment was perfect and the truck drove like new. I will definitely go back
