Great customer service. Ladies at the front desk go above and beyond to help you. I had missed my appointment and waited months for it but Isabell (I think I’m spelled it right) was able to help me. I appreciate it that so much.

I was able to get checked in as a new patient, see the doctor, get blood work and pick up meds from the pharmacy all in one visit. Everyone I dealt with was professional and caring. It was great.

Love this location, very professional friendly staff, l love my phys Dr Lum, very caring manner, very knowledgeable.. No problem in setting up apps and being seen in a timely manner.. keep up the good work

I have been going here since 2019. Visiting Dr Alphonso my Psychiatrist here when she changed from the older location. She is amazing! Im very finicky about who i see and dont like changes in psychiatric providers without being prepared first because theirs no trust there yet for a new dr that i know nothing about. She has been amazing since replacing my previous dr a few years ago.. Or at least the one i spoke to every few months. Its pretty smooth and easy to get in to see her when i schedule every 3 months in advance after each visit. They offer groups but i haven't tried those yet and have a group room in the office of the behavioral health area where psychiatric patients like me can go just past radiology and the pharmacy on that side of the building. I like it here because if i have to get labs done the same day i can go to the lab area near the entrance and walk around or wait outside until it is time to go back, no extra trip just for labs because nearly everything is located in this one building. Its pretty outside with their little garden plants and benches. And everything seems clean and sanitary.

I have been going here for about three years now. Dr. Ali is amazing and so kind. The lady Anna at the front door is always so helpful and patient. I had a very bad experience yesterday and she stepped right up to help me and calm everything down. I’m very thankful for her compassion towards me when I was feeling so ill. Thanks Anna 💕
