    We recently bought our refrigerator from Builders, and could not have been more impressed. Jordan, our sales rep, was very informative and our refrigerator came in sooner than promised! Other companies gave us an 8 week time frame for delivery, and Builders got it to us in less than a week for the best price we found in DFW and online. The customer service was great and we were updated throughout the whole process. The delivery company did a good job getting our refrigerator installed as well. We are so glad we went with Builders, and will be using them again in the future next time we need an appliance!

    Amazing! You will NOT be disappointed! I was so worried when my dryer died this morning in a PANDEMIC. But, never fear, Jordan got a new dryer installed SAME DAY. And they carry Speedqueen an amazing brand that's hard to find. Jordan's terrific. Price was reasonable and being able to get my new dryer in less than 24 hours. . . Priceless.

    Buying a washer and dryer with everything shut down during a pandemic is no joke! I checked everything online and kept coming back to Builders' Sales and Service. I called for pricing and found theirs to be the best. Also, Jordan was so helpful in making a decision on the right manufacturer and model. Delivery and installation was prompt and affordable. There was a problem with the washing machine at delivery, and they had a replacement delivered in a few days. In the whole process, there was never any pressure or added fees. If you need appliances, give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

    Builders’ Supply had the best prices of any of the places I contacted. The service was quick and efficient. I received my washer and dryer within 24 hours of contacting Builders Supply. Jordan is delightful and extremely helpful There are no hidden costs. Wow! I am impressed.
