It has been a wild but transforming journey with Mitch as my personal trainer. Some background, on a good day, I am 4 ft 9.5 inches, ~120lbs, 30 yo female. Mitch was extremely flexible in working around my unpredictable schedule especially when I was away for a few months. If I could have been able to stick to my schedule I would be a on American Ninja Warrior by now :) I believe in two months I have worked with him 3x/4x a week, I have succeeded or have gotten extremely close to my goals. Mitch is kind, motivating, understood my fitness goals and implemented great training plans so I could reach them. He is thorough in explaining what muscles and why you are doing the exercises he prescribes. At times that I pushed myself too hard and injured myself he adjusted and accommodated the workout to alleviate further pain. I know for a fact I would not have been able to reach my goals without Mitch and I would truly miss him when I move. If you’re looking for a change in yourself but need the push, Mitch is your guy. It will be the best investment you ever make.
Mitch is truly the BEST at his job! He is so incredibly knowledgeable about movement and exercise and he is always able to accommodate old injuries while still providing challenging exercise! As an ex-athlete I’m so glad Mitch was able to reignite my passion for exercise and training! If you’re in need of a personal trainer look no further!
Mitch is the best! Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and I learn something new at every session. His attention to detail is great, and I have made lasting gains and positive changes in my ability to lift weights. His knowledge of nutrition is an added bonus too. He created an easy to follow plan for me to lose the weight that I was struggling to lose.
Mitch was the best personal trainer I’ve had! His workouts are never boring and he pushes you every time. I appreciated his ability to stay flexible, my schedule wasn’t consistent and Mitch was always able to accommodate the change.
If you want to learn, grow and be pushed to be your best- Mitch is the guy. I’ve been able to double a lot of the weights that I can lift in a matter of a few short months. Every week we reach a new personal best. The successes make you want more. Mitch is the opposite of intimidating and the ultimate motivator. His style and teaching are about being as efficient as possible in the gym- not wasting time and going through the motions. Best trainer and best results I’ve ever had and a I’ve been at this for 20 years!
