(July 14, 2021, 5:09 pm)We live near Abilene Tx, the Abilene branch was unable to help do to not having a banker in the bank for atleast 2 weeks. Any who, we drove all the way to Fort Worth about a 2 and a half hour drive for us. Let’s just say their customer service is excellent they were very helpful on a very stressful day especially Ms.Joan. Thank you for all the help in getting our situation figured out! Recommend this location %100❤️

(June 8, 2021, 11:58 am)Chase has been my bank forever and will continue to be! But, unfortunately your ATMs are out of order all the time! It doesn't seem just this location, about 50% of the time I go to a Chase Bank anywhere the ATM is down but but I'll still stick with you
