My Favorite Groomer LLC

From the moment we spoke to them I knew we made the right decision. So knowledgeable and and friendly. We had weeds galore, dead areas and ants so bad we could not enjoy our own yard! After the first treatment the ants were wiped out and now our lawn is looking better and better. Would recommend to everyone!

Excellent care and service always. I always receive compliments from ALL of my neighbors that my grass is the greenest on the block. I am super happy and pleased with S & O Greenworks and planned to stay with them for a long time.

I emailed with questions on what I should do and get to help me groom my super anxious/Aggressive pups and they have helped me hugely! The videos are huge in description and they show me the perfect tools and holds I can use for my dog. Not only that but they respond very quickly to email. It's 12am my time and I still got an email back immediately. As soon as I have the money will for sure be doing the one hour training to help me better understand and prepare to help my dog while grooming her. Thank you so very much for everything!!

I just placed a huge order with Dede. I still love her and watch her videos. This latest order I knew what to get all by myself.I'm not.a groomer but I need them If I could give her more than 5 stars I would.

I love Dede @ My Favorite Groomer. I love just watching her videos and learning. She helped me select products I needed for my dog. She is always helpful and goes well over to the above and beyond. I love that she gives time to the humane society of North Texas by providing free grooms to dogs to help pets find homes. She is special!! I'm not even a groomer but I love to watch her work and I have learned so much to care of my own dogs.

Dede called me on the phone to check that I was getting the correct grooming arm for my needs. Just having someone call was amazing but have someone care that you got the right thing the first time is almost unheard of these days. Once speaking to me my order was here in a few days. Then she called emailed me back to see if I got the arm and was happy with it. She was very nice and truly did seem to care that she sent a quality item for a good price. Thank you very much Dede.

I am so impressed with Dede’s customer service. She has gone out of her way to get me the best deal on shipping while making sure I get all the things I need and none of the things I don’t need. I super appreciate all of her help, advise and wisdom. Thank you!

The first time I ordered through My Favorite Groomer web page I received everything plus a few lovely gifts THAT I MUST SAY I FELT THE LOVE AND VERY SPECIAL. As I'm in Australia I thought this was amazing as I have never been given anything extra from any of the other company's in which I purchase things through.
