(June 23, 2020, 10:25 pm)I just moved in but so far everything has been as good as possible. I had a few things that I wanted maintenance to come and look at and it was done the next day. Everything is nice and people are always cleaning the halls and common areas.

(June 5, 2020, 10:48 pm)It's a great place to live if you're into the luxury type of lifestyle. The bars in the shopping center are great. Everyone really just keeps to themselves but are polite and courteous for the most part. My best time was walking or running along the Trinity river while listening to my music. Just getting into my own groove and enjoying the sights. The only reason I don't give it five stars, is the maintenance on the doors entering the apartment/leading into the garage. You'll use your key fob several times just to get the door open. Other than, great food, great apartment, beautiful scenery, and great night life.

The whole staff is so friendly and accommodating, seriously the best we have encountered. The move in process was quick and easy and the apartment was in perfect move in condition. Anytime you have a maintenance need they take care of it right away. We also love the beautiful landscapes that surround the Kelton and the Trinity Tail.
We highly recommend the The Kelton at Clearfork!
