This gym is absolutely amazing! I used to hate going to the gym... until I found this place! The atmosphere is amazing.. the personal trainers are amazing... and the other people who workout here are amazing. Mutual Muscle was a life changer for me. They make you feel welcome and it’s an absolute no judgement zone. Best fit fam ever!

I have been a member of Mutual Muscle for a little over a year now and all I have to say is WOW! It’s hard to imagine my life before joining this gym and the friends that I have made. The environment is always very professional, friendly, comfortable, and inviting. The trainers are the best of the best and are passionate about helping you meet your goals. The accountability is excellent and the communication is outstanding! This is exactly what this mother needed to help her feel healthy and strong! I recommend this gym to anyone who wants a lifestyle change and a fit- family like no other. I guarantee you will be welcomed with lots of smiles and friendly faces. ☺️

Hands down best Private gym in the DFW area. Trainers are top notch and definitely know their stuff. They make you feel right at home and hold you accountable also. They personalize your workouts and meal plans to fit you and your needs. The atmosphere is very addictive and keeps you coming back for more! I would definitely recommend this gym to ANY and EVERY one. Go get them GAINS!!

Amazing place to work out. Amazing environment and amazing trainers. I felt pushed very day that I worked out. I signed up for the six week challenge. I liked how I got texts to remind me to stay on track and check in with me. They have good available hours to work out, many options for the working and family people, and there is always a trainer there to push you the right way.The trainers are fun and friendly making the whole process a lot easier and satisfying. Highly recommend for anyone who’s looking to have a change in his life and get healthier.

I consider Mutual Muscle Fitness my “gym home”. When I relocated from New Jersey to Fort Worth, I knew that I wanted to hit the ground running from a fitness standpoint so I joined Chase’s 6 week challenge. The facility is great, not like any other gym I’ve ever worked out at. It’s spacious, comfortable and have multiple stations to accommodate 20+ folks on heavy gym days. Chase, the gym owner, is committed to your success as a client and I am ever so grateful for his support all of these months. And Bri, she’s amazing! She pushed me, motivated and challenged me for the 5 months I have been a member. I consider myself lucky to find this gym and would highly recommend it to anyone. It changed my life!!
