Love this pediatrician! They are so helpful and listen to my concerns. A few times I’ve had to call for serious illnesses and they were able to get me in the same day. I also LOVE that they have you wait in your car when your child is sick. This makes it easier for me to wrangle my kids and is also extra safe for healthy children.

Love the doctor/nurses. But the RECEPTIONIST are terrible called Thursday and left a message for the doctor they told me they marked my message as urgent but never received a call back so I called again Friday and she blamed it on her coworker then put me on hold for 30+ mins so I hung up tried calling back and straight to hold 2 times. Ended up having to take my daughter to ER all I needed was a doctors opinion and I couldn’t even get that. I get what it’s like to be busy but they need to be more commutative rather than putting us on hold and waiting for us to hang up.
