Urgent Care for Kids - Alliance

Brought my child here for a sports physical. The wait time was longer than usual due to technical issues but the staff was friendly and visit was great. Thankful I found this place for urgent care or sports physical needs.

I am not the one to usually write reviews but for this, I had to. We were travelling out of the country, from Canada with our 3 kids. My 3 year old ended up with strep throat and 10 month old with RSV. Our vacation ended before it even started. I cannot thank, Urgent Care for Kids - Alliance, for everything they did for us. Their curb side testing to in person appointments, everything was outstanding!!! Not to mention how affordable it was to have the kids seen and have the various tests done and results within 10minutes! Honestly so impressed!! Thank you so much for helping us through this difficult time.

Despite us being a walk in and we were told a 30-45 minute wait, we were still seen within about 20 minutes. The waiting rooms had a TV playing Disney movies so that was SO helpful to occupy my little one while we waited. The staff and the doctor herself were all so kind and understanding, and I wish she was our actual pediatrician! She was so good to my one year old. And they gave him a little rubber ducky at the end of our visit too! Such a great experience

Very pleased with my experience. My 3 year old got sick the day after Thanksgiving, his pediatrician clinic was not open so we went here. I was able to do forms online ahead of time, which was very convenient. The front desk, nurses and provider were very pleasant. We will definitely use this clinic in the future if the need arises.

The receptionist ladies were very kind w/great customer service, they explained everything I needed to know. The nurse practitioner was also very kind, I felt her genuine presence right away. She treated my 2 year old as her own. She took her time to listen & to check her. Overall I had a really great experience there especially for being all stressed out because it was the night before thanksgiving day. I had so much cooking that needed to get done but my daughter’s health came first & thankfully see was able to be seen the night of. So I’ll definitely be coming here for now on when needed to. Thank you.
