Howard Hawkins and his coworker were great. Prompt arrival, fast assessment, reviewed with me and got to work. Were in and out in under 2 hours for disconnect and removal of my old hot water heater and installation and fill of a new one.

Showed up within an hour of calling, was presented with, what I would think, is just the worst situation possible and he did it with a smile, somehow! good task getting our stuff restored and I’m thankful! He walked me through what happened, and what I can do to keep it from happening again. And when he left it was all cleaned up!
