Diabetes and Thyroid Center of Fort Worth

I had my paper work filled out prior to check-in which made for a quick process. They called my name quickly but I still got an apology for them being behind. My vitals were taken, then the NP came in to go over my records. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Tan then entered and I immediately liked her. She was easy to talk to and had a great bedside manner. She addressed my concerns and dismissed the prior diagnosis. Then she proceeded to tell me what she considered was the real problem. She was professional, yet personable. I would definitely recommend her to a friend.

I love my endocrinologist, Dr. Tan and her staff! They do their best to ensure that I have an ASL (American Sign language) interpreter for my appointments. And it helps so much as Dr. Tan and I are able to have effective communication using an interpreter! She cares so much about helping me with my hyperthyroidism so I truly appreciate it. Her staff do such a great job at meeting my needs and they return my phone calls promptly. I appreciate them all very much!

I’ve been a patient at the office on Oakmont since 2017 and I can say that every staff member and physician there is excellent. They always make you feel comfortable. They are professional, friendly and caring. They give you the best advice to make sure you stay well and continue to make you better as much as they can. I love it here. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else honestly.

It didn’t work. Never could get connected
My phone connection would never complete and never did have any phone contact with doctor.

I just saw this review and I have to put it in the correct context. My comments were about a teleconference connection that wouldn’t connect and not about the quality of the doctor or this practice.
This is an excellent endocrinologist! Very caring, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I highly recommend this practice. I have been a patient here for several years and receive excellent care.
