love this location! tino (i hope i spelled it right!) was so helpful finding me a skincare regimen!! the workers actually engage in conversation with their customers and are so friendly!

I love this store, every brand you could think of

Alissa was the only one we could get to help us so this review is for her. She was more than willing to help us with whatever we needed. Even though there were 5 other employees sitting at the register talking with each other and not helping anyone she stepped up and was trying to help us and another lady at the same time. While we were waiting for Alissa to come back with our product from the back there was a customer that had to come up to the five employees talking at the register and the only help she got was a point to the corner where the product is. Didn’t even try to walk her over there. Everyone else in there needs to step it up and help the customers that come in. Thank you Alissa for working hard and helping us with our questions!

I am so glad Sephora is on this side of the interstate! I have been going to Ulta for my Donna Karan deodorant, but after a Google search found Sephora carries it as well!

I found Donna over in the checkout line area, she seems to be in different places at each store so o normally ask an associate. Which I did on this occasion as well and she knew exactly where I needed to look!

Check out was a little slow but not terrible. Another associate came over after assisting another customer with a color match and helped checkout customers. They were friendly enough!
