The Wyatt at Presidio Junction Apartment Homes

I’ve been staying here for a few years now . The office staff are super friendly and a joy. Amber is sweet and Cecil is a great addition to the team with his humor.
If I had to comment on what could be better .. I 100% would say the parking. The parking is awful here. Assigned parking or additional parking would be great! Often residence have to walk pretty far to get home. Grocery shopping can be a nightmare if not timed correctly spots fill up quickly. Drivers tend to spend so speed bumps around corners could be helpful since the kids have to wait in the front for the bus. Maintenance is on top of it, and respond quickly to request and are extremely friendly.
The insides of the apartments are clean and the nest thermostats are a nice perk. There isn’t much cabinet space but it’s a cozy apartment and community.

I literally love my apartment home. I’ve been here since 2020 and this year I will be renewing again . So far I’ve had the best experience and not to mention staff is truly amazing especially Katia she is the best. She is very helpful. The property is very well maintained. Very beautiful community

My fiancé and I were greeted at the leasing office by a lady named Katia, she was super sweet and comforting. She offered us refreshments and gave us a tour around the complex. She made us feel very welcome and answered all of our questions regarding the property. One thing we always keep in consideration when looking for a new place is how we feel treated when approaching the office staff. She made time for us and did not make us feel like we were bothering her (which we have experienced at other places before). Although we ended up deciding to buy a house instead, we just really appreciated her customer service and great attitude.

We have lived here for almost 2 years and absolutely love it. They take care of us as residents and also our Pup, which is most important. I think Duke loves Amber the most, treats. Regan was awesome when we leased. Everyone in the office is great! Maintenance has always been responsive and the office is always helpful and friendly. It really feels like a community here. We have met other great residents as well that have become lifetime friends.

Nice size apartment not too small and 1 pool which fills up quickly and the best way for kids to meet their new neighbors friends. People in the community are very friendly and the staff are wonderful!
Importantly because this apartment complex is gated please please keep in mind that they have a tow truck service 24/7. Residents has their parking spot and their two quest will need a parking permit to visit. Registering for a parking permit for the quest has to be done or they will get their VEHICLE TOWED. (300) plus 25 a day it's there.
This is why i respect a gated community because of the safety they provide for the residents.
Yes I will pay the price for rent because the towing service is what I want when it comes to safety.
