(December 30, 2015, 3:20 pm)I don't have enough good things to say about this gym. Tried other gyms and none of them compared to this one. Everyone is warm and welcoming and it feels like you're a family. Everyone cheers each other on in reaching their goals. Coach Talon is the best coach I've ever had. He knows how to push and motivate me and is positive and encouraging. His teaching technique is amazing. Foxy coach Shawna is always happy to give me tips and help, even if I don't attend her class. After having 2 kids, I thought I'd never be in as good of shape as I was in before. I can honestly say I'm in even better shape now! Go to this gym! Do it.
