  Kim, Camryn, and Raygan are simply amazing!!!!! My husband and I are first time home buyers and these 3 were always so responsive and helpful. When we were confused or anxious, they answered all our questions and made us feel heard! You will definitely not regret working with these 3, it was such a pleasure!!! We cannot thank them enough.

  Tired of settling for products and services that are just “good enough”? I was too, until I found Kim McLelland on TikTok land! From the very beginning, Kim and her daughter Camryn put in an unbelievable amount of effort and time to walk me through the entire process. They spent an entire evening with me, explaining the “big picture,” and from that point forward, they were always available to provide me with any information I needed, no matter how small or big the decision. As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions and didn't know all the ins and outs, but Kim and Camryn proactively provided me with relevant information and insights that made me feel like I was walking through the process with eyes wide open.
  
  Kim not only met but exceeded my expectations, which is no small feat. She managed to properly set and manage my expectations, which was crucial for me as an emotionally invested first-time buyer. Kim was always candid and provided her own perspective on different aspects of each home that she thought would be relevant to my decision making based on what they had learned about me. I relied heavily on their input, and it was invaluable to have such a knowledgeable and honest service provider.

She is not just there to push paper and get signatures; she truly cares about making the process as stress-free as possible. As a result, I felt like I had a confidant and partner throughout the entire process.

  Kim, Raygan and Camryn were excellent! As first time home buyers we had lots of questions and Kim’s team made it a very easy and straightforward process. We will be recommending them to all our friends! There was no question too small and they helped us negotiate and get everything we wanted. Will definitely use again in the future!!   Kim and her team were very helpful throughout the entire home buying process. She was able to explain every aspect of the contract before I signed anything putting my mind at ease. Kim was also one step ahead of me for everything. She had referrals for the roofing inspection, home inspection, general contractors, lenders, and even home insurance agents that were all very reputable throughout the process. She was able to give very accurate comps throughout the areas we searched. I cannot thank Kim and her team enough.

  Kim was an acquaintance of mine who was great at keeping in touch, so I suggested her to my dad when he needed to sell his house. It turned out to be a great decision! She and her daughters made the process so easy and seamless. Kim laid out the schedule and explained every step clearly and communicated all along the way. She was organized and ready with an answer to any questions. From listing the house to closing was less than a month, and everything went even better than expected. Kim was also so thoughtful, that our whole family was just touched. Would highly recommend Kim and her daughters to help anyone buying or selling a house.
