Everybody here is so kind and caring! The doctor was wonderful for my eye exam. I just picked up contacts on a Saturday and the receptionist was genuinely the nicest person I think I’ve met in a long time. Their customer service deserves 6 stars !

I’ve been to a lot of places for my glasses and this place was amazing with my kids and my self. Our experience with the whole office was great. Karen was great with my kids 4 and 5 years old she helped them enjoy their experience picking out their glasses. She even helped me find my glasses in a timely manner and I’m very picky, her honest opinion goes a long way!

Dr. Ervin and her staff were amazing! We were the last appointment of the day and they still took their time. My 9 year old was super upset about the potential of needing glasses when we arrived. Dr. Erwin calmed his nerves and he was excited to actually be able to SEE by the end of the appointment! She even helped him pick out the perfect glasses. Brandon helped with glasses as well and was so kind and patient! Thank you so much Saginaw Family Eyecare team!

Dr. Ervin and her staff are AMAZING! She is the first optometrist that has made it a point to explain to me about my eye health and what to look due to being nearsighted. She also took her time to explain to me my insurance and the benefits offered to me. I will definitely be referring her to anyone who needs an optometrist.

Brandon was very helpful in helping me out with picking my glasses and very knowledgeable. I really appreciate the great customer service.

Excellent experience. Dr Ervin was thorough, understanding and explained everything clearly. The office staff were super awesome and on task. This is definitely the place to go for all your eye care needs.
