  After dealing with the Dallas VA for years I can easily say that the Fort Worth VA is 10 times better. Wayyy shorter wait time, rarely have I had to wait very long after my appointment time. I have had good experience with the Drs, nurses, and techs. Maybe is because I’m used to the Dallas VA where I would be waiting for an hour past my appointment time and horrible staff. But I am definitely grateful for this VA.

  Reading these reviews I am sorry that so many of my brothers and sisters are experiencing these problems. I am a retired combat vet, with 60 % disability. And PTSD that is not part of my disability (have not filed it yet) I have been going to the Fort Worth VA medical center for about 10 years now and have never experienced this. I mert with mental health every 3 months like clock work, I check in 15 minutes before my appointment and am seen usually before my time. I go to Sundance clinic and I do the same thing the longest I've wait after my time is 10 minutes which I think is acceptable. They send me an appointment every 6 months like clock work. I do my labs and go to my appointment and thank God I have never had an issue with anyone at the center. I am truly sorry for all that have or are havi ng issues. I guess I am one of the lucky few.
