Cowtown Power Sports

After a year of researching and preparing to purchase a Can Am, I went to a couple of dealerships before walking into Cowtown yesterday. I was so blessed to find THE place where I was willing to spend my money. The moment we walked in, we were able to just walk around and check bikes out, we were acknowledged but not hounded the moment we came in, like at other dealerships. I found the bike I wanted, Chris came up asking if we needed assistance and it went from there. I actually had two models to choose from, and Chris was right there answering all our questions. I can’t say enough how much we appreciate him and his customer care. Stellar, just like all the reviews say...believe them!
I decided and Debbie in the finance department was the second jewel we had the pleasure of working with. It was quick, efficient, professional, and so painless, that I’m still in a surreal state of having my RT in my garage!
Hopefully, pretty soon, my hubs will get his bike, and I doubt we’ll be going anywhere else. They sincerely care about their customers,, not greed, and these days, that is a precious commodity. Thank you Cowtown!!

Chris and his team are the best in the business. A great group of guys with the best customer service and tech skills you could ever want. I've recommended them to quite a few riders and will continue to do so. They rock!!

Just bought a 2021 Can Am Xmr 850 last week. Sent an email after hours and received a response first thing the next morning from Debbie. After that all correspondence was prompt with all my questions being answered immediately! The service was top notch and by the end of the day I was picking up my new machine. I even asked if I could bring my other machine in to have a maintenance required message cleared and to program my wife’s name into that machine since it’s now hers. The store is very clean and well kept and the staff is great will def be doing business here again.

Gilbert made the purchase easy and smooth. So much better than the other dealers I visited.

No issue adding and all the accessories I wanted. Delivery to the house too.

I couldn't expect anything more from a dealer. They consistently delivered on all my expectations.
