I saw Dr. Patricia O'Toole today for the first time and had the best experience I have ever had with just about any doctor. She had a very warm personality and was very easy to speak with. I asked her all the questions I had about my concern and not one time did I feel rushed or dumb or anything negative. She reassured me everthing was ok and discussed future plans of pregnancy. I wish she was my PCP. I am so greatful that she had an opening today. I was there for almost an hour before I saw her, but I did get in last minute and she was worth the wait. The staff was nice too.
During my first pregnancy I used to get annoyed to wait an hour to see my OBGYN but with Dr O'Toole, I think I can handle it, should it be the norm.
Love this hospital! Love the service they provided me with while pregnant with my daughter caring staff. I would definitely use it for future needs
